Postgraduate Students

• Κonstantinos Karitis:  Konstantinos Karitis is a graduate of the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics. In 2024 he received his Master's Degree in Health Informatics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has participated in international conferences, in some of which he was also a member of the organizing committee. He has worked on research projects. He currently works as an Informatics teacher in Greek Secondary Education.
• Afrodite Katika: Director of Product at Intelligencia AI, where she leads data product strategy and tech-enabled internal efficiencies. She holds degrees in Computer Engineering (University of Patras) and Computer Science (University of Manchester), and has over a decade of experience in product management across consulting (Accenture) and public sector roles (European Commission, BBC News, Transport for London). Since 2020, her focus has been on AI in healthcare, both in industry and through ongoing research collaboration with the Nursing Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
• Νikoletta Katsivelou: Postgraduate graduate of the Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Program of the National University of Athens “Health Informatics – Organization and Management of Health Services”. Top of the program among participants with a basic degree in Nursing, with a grade of 9.6. Graduated in Nursing at the Department of Nursing of the University of Peloponnese. Pending publication of the diploma thesis “Design and Development of a Mobile Device Application for the Digitalization of the Emergency Department Patient’s History” at the International Conference on Informatics Management and Technology in Healthcare 2025. ISO 27001 (KeyCERT - 2022) and Technology Specialist in Python (CERTIPORT, Pearson - 2022) certifications.
