NurseAI

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Team "NurseAI" of the Health Informatics Laboratory primarily aims to introduce students to the rapidly developing field of Artificial Intelligence. In addition to that, to familiarise them with modern AI tools and technologies, and understand the basic concepts, as well as recognise the applications of AI in the field of health.

The team organises mini-seminars and workshops on the topic of AI in health, conducts small research projects or case study projects, studies and evaluates ready-made AI applications, and develops educational material such as short guides, podcasts or infographics for fellow students. While collaborating with other university departments on interdisciplinary projects. It also creates informational campaigns on the benefits and risks of AI in the field of health and participates in exhibitions or technology festivals with team projects or presentations.

The group encourages reflection on the ethical concerns and potential risks associated with integrating artificial intelligence into clinical practice, promoting a responsible and humane approach to technology. At the same time, social actions are implemented, as well as actions to promote and publicise the group's results, enhancing social impact and the dissemination of knowledge.
